You'll have the opportunity to try out new technologies, hone your digital skills, take on your own responsibilities in projects, all while working in an open, creative team that is curious about every fresh idea.

Office Life

A workplace is also a community where people enjoy being together. We didn't just read this in an HR blog; we've built it this way because it makes us feel good. We consciously nurture a supportive environment and individual ambitions, and our annual traditions also play a part: Carnival, Halloween, Christmas dinner, and our yearly international trip. We haven't missed the Venice Architecture Biennale since 2016. In between these events, we enjoy organizing movie nights, study trips, sometimes having breakfast together, and we make an effort to socialize and 'hydrate' together roughly once a month.
