The Liberty Office Building is a modern, multi-functional complex located at 34 Könyves Kálmán körút in Budapest's 9th district. Developed by WING Zrt., the complex features A+ category office spaces, a dual-branded 3–4 star hotel, and retail units, catering to the modern urban needs for work, relaxation, and social interaction.

Throughout the project, we provided BIM management services during both the design and construction phases, ensuring consistency across various discipline models, transparency in information flow, and efficient coordination of digital processes.

The Liberty Office Building is an exemplary development, not only for its technological standards but also for its distinctive architectural design that integrates seamlessly into the urban fabric. For us, this project was a complex yet inspiring challenge where digital design met high-rise construction practice.
