The goal of the project was the complete transformation of a former hospital building to house the new offices and laboratories of the National Institute of Pharmacy and Nutrition (now NNGYK). During the functional rethinking of the building, special emphasis was placed on the strict professional and hygienic requirements of institutional operations, as well as the openness and aesthetic quality characteristic of a modern work environment.
Taking the structural features of the existing building into account, contemporary architectural solutions were created that respect the original character while establishing a new, inspiring atmosphere. The renewal of the interior spaces has elevated the institute's daily operations to a new level, not only functionally but also visually. Throughout the project, our team provided continuous design coordination and on-site supervision.
The result is a modern, efficient, and representative institutional center that preserves the values of the past while meeting the expectations of the future.
The project was among the winners of the 2025 BIGSEE Architecture Award.
